The following guidelines apply to all of our work:
» We strive to always conduct ourselves by Christian principles.
» Each client has vastly different expectations and requirements, and each project is evaluated with that in mind.
» No adult, hate, insightful, or illegal content is allowed. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE ISSUE. If you have questions, ask - if you have doubts, forget 'em!!!
» No client information is ever shared or sold to third parties. The only exception to this policy is to comply with legal authorities in the direct performance of their duties.
Web Site Design
» After your initial consultation we start by preparing a template or master page containing all the shared elements, such as navigation buttons, the heading and etc. Once that is approved we build each page onto that master so your entire site is united in form and function.
» Each client is responsible for providing the raw content for their site. This can be in the form of:
- Printed materials, such as brochures, newspaper ads, etc., sent by regular mail
- Files sent by email. If sending files by email attachment, please use one of the following formats - .txt (preferred), .doc, .pub, .rtf, .pdf or .wpd
- Images can be handled the same way. Mail prints to be scanned, or a PhotoCD
- Images sent by email. If sending images by email attachment, please use one of the following formats - .jpg, .tif or .bmp
» Billing for design work is done at the completion of the project. Once the work is accepted by the client, an invoice will be sent. Unless prior arrangements have been made, it is due in full within 15 days of receipt.
Desktop Publishing
» Based on the look of your web site we can create flyers, brochures, business cards, letterhead, envelopes or forms for outside commercial printing or as 'Masters' to be printed out from your computer as needed. We will even print them for you if you wish! This is yet another way for your business to present a consistent professional image.
» Billing for desktop publishing is prearranged prior to the work being started.
Site Maintenance
» Maintenance is reserved for existing clients only. It consists of moving or switching images, adding to or updating text, changing pricing or terms and other basic functions. More extensive changes or redesign work is negotiated as a separate job.
» Billing for maintenance is prearranged prior to the work being started.
