About Us . . .

To start things off on the right foot, here is our Statement of Faith . Our Vision Outline covers the scriptures and reasons for forming our ministry and the framework it's built around.

This ministry has been formulating for many years. The Lord has had to work long and hard to get me to where it would be possible to do a ministry. He stuck by me during my time of rejecting the church because of all the hypocrisy I saw, through my experimenting in the drug scene, through my investigation of other forms of spirituality and more than a few failed relationships. As a matter of fact it was toward the end of my previous relationship that I started back in the direction of the Lord and looking deeper into the Word and started praying again. It’s amazing what the Lord can do with just a little bit of willingness!

Neither my wife nor I have formal academic credentials to be pastors, ministers or counselors. We do however fulfill the duties of these offices as needed on a daily basis. If the trends we see in so many mainstream churches is the result of formal training, then we want no part of it. The Pharisees and Sadducees, with all their degrees and decrees, did not serve the Kindgom in the Lord's day, and these sorts of modern churches are growing all to similar in our day. Our focus is serving the Lord Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God and that's that.

Our bible studies are generally more of an open discussion, than a lecture. We believe that God wants a relationship with each and every person that is willing. The only way to foster that in our opinion, is to create a place where individual exploration and introduction can take place, free of dogmatic constraints.

1Co 14:40 "But let all things be done decently and in order." (ASV). We strive to maintain an atmosphere of reverence, respect and safety for all present at any given time or event. While appearing a bit informal and somewhat relaxed in dress and demeanor, our services and bible studies are still conducted with respect and a note of decorum. Our services will always follow along these precepts and on firm scriptural guidelines.

Differences or possible errors in theology, scriptural content or interpretation occurring during a service should be brought to the presenter's attention after the service is concluded. If an error has occurred it will be made public at the next service and the correction given.
